Locating a local service to trust with your special linen and laundry requirements can be an ordeal. It would be a pleasure and honor if you chose us for your special linen needs. We receive and ship items daily to customers coast to coast that reside outside our local collection and delivery areas. In many instances these order are referrals from linen dealers and others who know, trust and recommend our work.
For customers residing in our local collection area we can collect orders from your New York City address and ship nationwide. Or, if you prefer send your order on ahead via mail, and we shall deliver to your local address as instructed.
Free Ground Shipping Promotion
- All Linen By Mail orders $200 and over qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.
- Orders are shipped free via Ground UPS or USPS at our discretion.
- Shipping changes including intercepts, and or change of address may be subject to a $10 service fee per shipment.
- Offer excludes over sized items such as duvets, pillows and pads, items returned on rollers.
- Excess insurance not included, see our price list for details.
How To Send Your Linen By Mail Order To Allo Laverie
- Download & complete our Order Form
- Find a shipping box that is an appropriate size for your items
- Place items into shipping container. Please do not ship wet or damp items
- Include completed order form and payment with your order.
- If sending items for restoration or unsure of price please write "estimate" on order form. We shall contact you upon receipt
- Ship the box to us at 235 East 80th Street #1G, New York, NY 10075. We recommend insuring your items if necessary.
- Before sending items to Allo Laverie we strongly suggest contacting us or telephoning us at 1-212-288-2425 if there are any questions regarding suitability of processing. This will save the expense and bother of shipping if something is not suited to our services.
Upon arrival your order will be unpacked, and items examined for marks, overall condition, and anything which gives us concern.
If the order is a simple cleansing and ironing we shall proceed at once unless there are questions specific questions. For orders where an estimate has been requested we shall prepare a quote then contact you via email or telephone with the requested information, and discuss how to proceed.
